Regain strength, mobility and independence
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at OSPA-FMC helps individuals regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury, or surgery. Our rehabilitation specialists provide personalized treatment programs to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life for patients of all ages.

Stroke & Nerve Conditions
Personalized rehabilitation for stroke, Bell’s palsy, nerve injuries, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological disorders to improve mobility, strength, and daily function.
Children's Rehabilitation

Occupational Health
Strength and stair training
Our main therapy floor has treatment plinths, a standing frame, strengthening equipment, exercise bikes and a practice staircase with handrails. You rebuild strength and relearn everyday movements, such as standing up and climbing stairs, with a therapist beside you.
Walking and balance practice
Parallel bars, a treadmill and a weighing scale support walking and balance training in a bright, open space. A small children’s corner with toys keeps younger patients comfortable and engaged.
Breathing and cardiopulmonary care
Rehabilitation also covers heart and lung conditions. This room holds the respiratory equipment used for breathing assessment and therapy, so recovery after illness or surgery includes your breathing, not only your muscles and joints.
When should you visit a rehabilitation centre?
Recovery after illness or surgery
Rehabilitation supports recovery following joint replacement, heart or lung conditions, fractures, walking difficulties, and other medical conditions to help patients safely return to their daily activities.
Senior rehabilitation
Specialized therapy for older adults with arthritis, osteoporosis, balance disorders, fractures, and age-related mobility challenges to promote independence and prevent falls.
